Shipping & Taxes:
Rugs wider than 10 feet will be shipped folded, which may cause creases or prevent the rug from lying flat initially. This is normal, and the rug will settle over a few weeks with regular use. Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes required by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. Orders will be shipped promptly after payment is processed via Payoneer . Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping details for smooth delivery. All orders are shipped from India, with an estimated delivery time of 4-7 days after dispatch. Handling times may vary.
Returns & Exchanges:
Most items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If an item is returned damaged or not in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.
Order Cancellations:
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. For cancellations requested after 24 hours, a fee may apply as production may have begun.
